Georgian Antique Rose Cut DIAMOND Three Stone Ring 18k Gold Silver Foiled Collets French Domed Stackable Band

This is another personal collection release. I wore it a lot stacked with another Georgian collet band with a pink topaz for contrast.
Beautiful super antique looking moody rose cut diamond ring with 3 domed hand cut diamonds in the foil backed setting. Really chunky sparkle to the foil backed diamonds, with the crowns popping out from the silver collets.
This is a French antique piece from the Georgian in 18k gold (tested) with silver collets holding the diamonds, a customary fabrication for the period. Plenty of antique patina. Jewels of this period were meant to sparkle in the low light of candlelight and fireside dinners. Such a romantic piece with that wonderful glow that we antique enthusiasts adore.
Antique box not included. Please note the detailed measurements that I always provide, as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures where I am required to show zoomed in detail.
MEASUREMENTS:
Size 5 1/4. Ring face is 5.4mm north to south and 4.5mm tall of the finger. It weighs 1.85 grams.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
There is some discoloration and cloudy spotting to the foil back so the diamonds read a bit gray but they are a chunkier cut so they still provide quite a sparkle. Typical antique diamonds with some natural inclusions. The two end stones each have a small chip to one outside edge but still appear complete to the eye and fill the setting. The center stone has a linear inclusion. These things are slightly eye visible if you are seeking them out but seen more under a loupe. The shank is on the thinner side like it was often stacked but is stable.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
