Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the specific vintage items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original documentation is included.

  Ship to the House

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the items for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
